You may simply wish to laze by the swimming pool (10m x 5m, with large “Abri” offering shade for dining at any time of day), have a game of table tennis in the games room, or enjoy the nearby activities of golf, tennis, horseriding, fishing, and canoeing. Of course there are also many local restaurants, markets and shopping. The famous market town of Samatan is less than 10 mins away. On Monday mornings, the town is packed with market stalls selling everything from livestock to local produce.
L’Oustaou is conveniently located to several nearby airports including Toulouse 45 mins, Carcassonne 90 mins and Pau 90 mins.

forms a wing of the main house, separated by the tower, and
has its own entrance. French doors lead onto a terrace facing east,
catching the morning sunrise and overlooking the gardens to the swimming
pool. The apartment sleeps 2, offering every comfort in a beautifully appointed open plan setting, comprising central living and dining areas, together with a fully equipped kitchen and mezzanine sleeping gallery. The gallery features a queen sized bed. Please note that there is limited headroom of 1.6 m max. A separate bathroom is located on the ground floor. |

| 'La Grange' is located in the lower part
of the Manor and has its own private entrance. It was originally used
for animal shelter and feed store. Wherever possible period features
have been restored and remain. It now provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2, with a large, private, south facing pebbled terrace and breathtaking views towards the Mountains. The open plan living area has French doors that lead directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are separate dining and sitting areas. The spacious bedroom has ensuite shower-room with a large walk-in shower. |
